📌 1. My device is not eSIM-compatible


 Issue:


You can’t add an eSIM, or the “Add Mobile Plan” option doesn’t appear.


 Solution:

Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible (iPhone XR or newer, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S and Z series, etc.).

⚠️ Note: some versions sold in certain regions (e.g., China) do not support eSIM, even if the model seems compatible.

📌 2. The QR code doesn’t work


 Issue:


After scanning the QR code, nothing happens or you see an error message.


 Solution:

Make sure you’re connected to the internet (Wi-Fi recommended).

Check that the QR code hasn’t already been used.

If needed, log in to your eSimDual.com account to generate a new profile.



📌 3. Activation fails without a clear reason


 Issue:


Installation looks successful, but the eSIM doesn’t activate or shows “No service”.


 Solution:

Restart your device.

Manually enable the eSIM line in your cellular settings.

Make sure roaming is turned on if you’re abroad.

Delete the eSIM profile, then reinstall it via your eSimDual.com dashboard.



📌 4. My primary carrier is blocking the activation


 Issue:


Some carriers limit the use of secondary or third-party eSIM profiles.


 Solution:

Use your eSimDual.com eSIM as a secondary line for data only.

Ensure your phone is unlocked and not restricted to one carrier.

📌 5. My eSIM doesn’t work abroad


 Issue:


No signal, even after successful installation.


 Solution:

Turn on data roaming in your device settings.

Make sure you selected the correct destination or region when purchasing your eSIM on eSimDual.com.

Manually add the correct APN settings if required (instructions are provided after purchase).



🧪 Special cases: iPhone, Android & more


📱 On iPhone:

Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Mobile Plan

If the QR code doesn’t respond: force close the Settings app and try again


🤖 On Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.):

Go to Settings > Mobile Network > Add Carrier

Ensure your Android version is up to date
