If the eSIM menu or QR scan does not work

Confirm that the exact device and regional variant support eSIM and that the phone is carrier-unlocked. Update the operating system, connect to stable Wi-Fi, set date and time automatically, then scan the clearly displayed code from another screen.

A message saying the code has already been used often means the profile is installed or the code is single-use. Check the device SIM list and do not keep retrying or share the QR code.

If the profile is installed but data does not work

Make sure the eSIM line is enabled and selected for mobile data. Enable roaming on that eSIM when instructed, enter the APN exactly, use automatic network selection, then toggle airplane mode. Initial network registration can take several minutes.

Also confirm that the destination is covered, validity has started, data remains and the current area has service. Try outdoors or in another location when the signal is weak.

When to contact support

Do not delete the profile as a first step because its installation code may not be reusable. Contact support with the order number, device model, country, time of failure, line-status screenshots and the exact error, but never send passwords or security codes.

The support team can check the plan state and advise whether to change network, correct the APN or take another action on the profile.
