Effective date: 24 August 2026. These Terms govern the eSIMDual website, web app, iOS and Android applications, customer area, partner tools, APIs and all connected services operated by SAS Clyb.
1. Operator and acceptance
eSIMDual is operated by SAS Clyb, 4 rue des Roquettes, 49500 Segré-en-Anjou Bleu, France. By creating an account, placing an order or using a service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. Eligibility, account and security
You must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for your password, verification codes, devices, API credentials and all activity performed through your account. Tell us immediately about unauthorised access. We may request identity or business verification where required by law, fraud prevention, a supplier or a regulated payment or telecommunications process.
3. Services covered
Depending on country, device, account and configuration, eSIMDual may provide:
- local, regional and global eSIM plans, activation data, usage monitoring and compatible top-ups;
- secure payments, invoices, wallet or credit functions;
- VPN profiles and servers;
- internet numbers, internal or supported external audio calls, video calls and call controls;
- end-to-end encrypted messages, voice notes, files and ephemeral media;
- profiles, contacts, posts, stories, community and moderation tools;
- travel information, weather, places, photos, ratings and reports;
- KYC, support tickets, notifications, blog and help content;
- reseller, influencer, white-label, API, webhook and source-code licence tools where enabled.
Features can vary by platform and may be supplied by third-party operators. The description and price shown before confirmation form part of your order.
4. eSIM purchase, installation and use
Check device compatibility, carrier lock, destination, coverage, allowance, duration and activation conditions before purchase. A QR code or activation profile may be single-use. Install while connected to a stable network and do not delete a working profile unless support instructs you to. Coverage, speed and availability depend on partner networks, radio conditions, device settings, fair-use rules and local restrictions. An eSIM is normally for mobile data unless the offer expressly includes calls or SMS.
5. Prices, payments and balance
Prices, taxes, currency, fees and included services are displayed before payment. Payment is handled through the available secure provider. A wallet or call balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and may be limited to eligible eSIMDual services. You authorise charges you confirm and remain responsible for taxes or operator fees not expressly included. We may correct an obvious pricing error before activation and offer cancellation or a corrected order.
6. Digital delivery, cancellation and refunds
When you request immediate supply of a digital eSIM, activation code, VPN access, call credit or other digital service, performance may begin before the ordinary withdrawal period ends. Where applicable law requires it, checkout asks for your express request and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. Eligibility, exclusions and the claim process are detailed in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
7. VPN, calls and emergency limitations
The VPN improves protection of traffic between your device and the selected endpoint but does not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted access or compatibility with every service. You must follow local law and third-party terms. Calling quality depends on internet and telecommunications networks. Rates and available duration may change before a new call and the applicable estimate is shown by the service.
No emergency calling: eSIMDual internet, internal, audio and video calling must not be used to contact emergency services and does not replace a mobile or fixed telephone line. Keep another means of reaching emergency services.
8. Encrypted communications and notifications
Supported conversations are end-to-end encrypted. You are responsible for device access and recovery material; we may be unable to restore encrypted content. For a text message, the notification payload contains the sender’s display name and a cleaned preview limited to 120 characters; the complete message and supported attachments remain encrypted. Voice notes, files and view-once media use a translated category instead of their content. This limited preview passes through APNs or Firebase and may appear on the lock screen. Delivery and wake-up depend on those providers, operating-system permissions, connectivity and battery rules. Blocking, reporting and availability settings must be respected.
9. Community content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you post and grant SAS Clyb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for display, distribute and moderate it only to operate and promote the relevant eSIMDual feature. Do not publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive content. Do not spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt security, misuse telecom resources, impersonate others, evade limits or use the services for fraud. We may remove content, limit visibility, preserve evidence and suspend accounts.
10. Travel guide, blog and third-party information
Weather, places, health or entry guidance, photos, ratings, compatibility lists and blog articles are informational and may be incomplete or change without notice. Verify important travel, medical, safety, immigration and device information with an official source. Third-party names, maps, networks, payment services and links remain subject to their own terms. A listing is not a guarantee or endorsement.
11. Partner, reseller and API services
Approved partners must provide truthful business information, protect credentials, comply with consumer, tax, marketing, data-protection and telecom rules, and support their customers. API limits, wholesale pricing, wallet requirements, webhooks, brand permissions and licence rights may be supplemented by an order form or partner agreement. You may not resell, sublicense or reproduce source code beyond the licence granted.
12. Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, supplier changes, sanctions, legal requirements or network incidents may affect service. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraud, risk to users or infrastructure, legal necessity or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to legal retention and active contractual obligations.
13. Intellectual property and liability
eSIMDual software, brands, design, databases and editorial content belong to SAS Clyb or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. To the extent permitted by law, SAS Clyb is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, loss caused by incompatible devices, third-party networks, inaccurate user content or misuse. For paid services, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
14. Law, disputes, changes and contact
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact support first so we can seek a solution. Consumers may use an available consumer mediator or the competent courts. Business disputes fall within the competent courts for the registered office unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes and will give appropriate notice for material changes.
